Shipping policy

Order Fulfillment All orders are subject to a processing and fulfillment period. This allows our team to verify order details and prepare your items for shipment.

• Processing Time: 1–4 business days.

• Business Days: Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

Shipping Origin & Territory Once fulfillment is complete, all orders are dispatched from our facility in Pomona, California.

• Shipping Territory: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

• International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has left our Pomona facility. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Carrier Delays While we ensure your order is fulfilled within 1–4 business days, transit times are managed by third-party carriers. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier peak seasons, or incorrect address entries.
